Formed in early 2016, This fan acclaimed "supergroup" of the local Cincinnati music scene joined forces after previous bands called it quits. Influenced by the aggressiveness of metal and the melody and groove from rock, Sever the Ties combines these strengths to develop a sound that can only be described as a power house assault that you can sing and move along to. With the debut of their first single "Careless", which got quick attention and airplay on FM rock Radio stations 102.7 WEBN and 96.5 WFTK, as well as multiple internet radio stations, buzz grew quickly that Sever the Ties is ready to take the scene by storm. With the debut of their self titled EP on November 4th, 2017 the momentum they've gained will only push them forward.
